Our office is conveniently located at 889 NW Grant Avenue, in the Grant Professional Business Center, directly behind the Elks Lodge on 9th and Grant. We offer plenty of visitor parking, as well as parking spaces for patients with special parking needs.
David Lawrence, Chiropractor and Naturopathic Physician, has been practicing in Corvallis since 2001. Dr. Lawrence offers complete Chiropractic and Naturopathic care.
Monday through Friday by Appointment Only
We are closed for lunch from 12:30pm-2pm.
Dr. Lawrence consults with medical doctors, nurses, massage therapists, nutritionists, physical therapists, acupuncturists, counselors, athletic trainers and sports medicine/orthopedic specialists to treat the needs of each individual.
Our office offers patients the opportunity to utilize their health care insurance to pay for the cost of their office treatments. Not all plans include chiropractic or naturopatic coverage, and we encourage you to contact your private or corporate insurance company to verify benefits and eligibility prior to your first visit.
We are not participating providers with ANY insurance company, as we refuse to alter the caliber of care we provide in order to conform to a pre-determined fee schedule set by insurance companies. However, our fees are competitive with our region, and set with the Oregon Worker's Compensation fee schedule in mind.
If you have suffered an auto related or workers' compensation injury, please bring your claim information to your appointment. Please let our receptionist know about your injury when making your initial appointment. We would be happy to bill your PIP or Worker's Comp insurance directly.
